Five short sections: who the workspace is for, the brand we track, the provider keys it runs on, the models you want tracked, and anything else we should know. We’ll build it and email you when it’s live.

01

Your organisation

Who we're building the workspace for and where it should live.

Shown in the workspace header and in reports.

We send the instance details here.

.llumohub.com

Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.

02

Your brand

The brand we track in AI answers, and the domains that count as yours.

Exactly as it appears in answers. Often, but not always, your company name.

https://

Shown in your workspace header. Either paste a link to it or upload the file — you only need one. Leave both blank to use the platform mark.

PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 512 KB. SVG isn’t accepted. If you give us both, we use the uploaded file — attaching one is the clearer instruction. If this form comes back with an error, please choose your file again: browsers don’t hold on to it.

One per line. Regional sites, product subdomains, or domains you’ve since redirected — mentions on these count as yours.

One per line: a name, and its website if you know it. A competitor with no website cannot be tracked, so it will be left out.

03

Provider keys

Bring your own Cloro and OpenRouter keys and use the platform free — no subscription, no usage limits — your own provider accounts pay for your runs. Or leave both blank to run on our included keys and pay by subscription. It's all or nothing: enter both, or neither. Keys you provide are verified with each provider a few seconds after you submit.

Keys are stored only until your instance is built, then written into it and deleted from our side. If this form comes back with an error, paste them again — we deliberately don’t put the values back into the page.

Starts with sk-or-.

We check every key you give us with its provider before accepting your request, so a typo is caught now rather than the first time you run a prompt.

04

Models we track

We set up a recommended set of AI models for you automatically.

By default we track ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini and Google AI Mode & Overview. Once your workspace is ready you can turn any model on or off yourself under Settings → LLMs — no need to decide now.

NotesOptional

Anything we should know before building your instance.

We review every request by hand, so it may be a little while before your workspace is built.
